At TAARA, we are dedicated to helping survivors of sex trafficking reclaim their lives and achieve true empowerment. Our comprehensive and unique programs provide tailored services to meet survivors’ diverse needs.

Survivors with whom TAARA has worked in the United States have been both from the USA and from other countries, brought to the USA for the purpose of sex trafficking by traffickers from their countries of origin.

We offer essential support such as:

Language Skills: Facilitating English language learning to help survivors communicate effectively and confidently.

Vocational Training: Providing access to vocational training programs to equip survivors with valuable skills for sustainable employment.

Mentorship: Leveraging our extensive network to connect survivors with mentors in their chosen fields, fostering professional growth and self-sufficiency.

TAARA is passionate about facilitating the educational and vocational journeys of survivors, guiding them towards restored autonomy and strong futures. We take pride in our ability to harness connections across multiple industries, securing mentorships and training opportunities that empower survivors to thrive.

Collaboration with other organizations:

Our commitment extends to collaborative efforts with other organizations, such as GEMS in New York City, where we donate clothing and essential items to support survivors’ immediate needs.
