TAARA’s Awareness building program in the United States is RAISE:
Real Action Inspiring Self Empowerment.
RAISE is an educational initiative specifically designed for high school students, with a strong emphasis on both online and offline safety. Our curriculum teaches students how to identify signs of online grooming and safeguard themselves against potential predators in real-life situations. Our goal is to empower young people to stay safe and protect themselves and their peers from sex trafficking in any form.
Every session includes instruction on basic self-defense techniques, taught by professionals, to give students the confidence to handle threatening situations.
